Great job Nick. Working from home for the last 2 years has been a challenge. Slow internet speed and regular drop outs has been so incredibly frustrating and my service provider DODO have been so useless. So I google an independent technician and find Nick. In 2 hours, Nick found the main underground telco wiring running into the house and inside my wall, runs a new wire from the house to the mains in the street and solves an issue NBN and a number of other overpaid technicians could not resolve. So very disappointed with DODO and NBN, seriously useless. Nick you're a legend, thank you so much. I should have called you 2 years ago.
Pete and Nick were prompt and well presented when they turned up to fix a faulty phone point. They were very knowledgeable and got the job done in a minimum of time and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending Phoneworks for anyone needing work and repairs completed on their phone line. 5 Stars!

got a problem in ADSL phone line in my appartment.tpg technician,telestra technician had come to check the problem but they were unable to fix it so we call phoneworks and they came early morning and fixed the problem within 15-20 min.the man who came to fix was so experienced that after looking at the MDF he understood the problem and fixed it.he even cleaned the carpet after his job which is really appreciable.
