Terrible sign up process to get an online account. You send me a 5 digit code to activate my account. Yet there is no link to follow to do the activation. All I have is username and password when signing in. Via your website. Where the hell do you put this 5 digit code?

This is a great pet store. Staff are always on hand to provide advice even if you aren't buying anything on that particular day. There is a large variety of products on sale for all your pets needs.
This store has all in need for my pets under one roof. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient. I highly recommend them for supplies.
Great place to shop, become a member they run great offers from time to time and text you to tell when. I won over $150 worth of dog food on my last visit. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Have only recently aquired a puppy and since having one always go there for our supplies.Have the dog grommed and washed there every 2 weeks and can not fault the service at all.
I like their loyalty program which means that you acquire points for every purchase and this adds up to give you a reduction on future purchases. They have a huge range of food, toys and other pet supplies and also have a hydrobath service where you can DIY or pay extra for a groomer to do it for you.
The staff were all smiling and friendly but the best thing is they really knew the product and could recommend a suitable pet food for both dogs and cats.
If I wander in here with any children in tow, we end up spending a good half hour in the shop. Between the range of products in the shop itself, and the residents Shadow the cat and Jimmy and Polly, it's hard to get kids out of here!
They no longer sell puppies or kittens in the store. They still have rabbits, guinea pigs, birds and fish but they also have a huge community noticeboard of pets needing new homes, offers of boarding, lost and found etc.
It's a pet friendly shop where dogs are welcome and between the hydro bath and the busy weekend trade it's more of a pet-based social interaction than a shopping trip. Prices are competitive and the PetStock members club card offers additional regular discounts and special shopping events. The staff are knowledgeable and the only drawback is that it can be so busy on weekends that service takes a little longer.
Easily my favourite pet shop to get supplies. Also great when we bought our fish there. They have everything you need and the staff are really helpful. I suggest you try them next time you need a pet shop or pet supplies. They even have specials and a club to make it even more affordable. Really like them!
We bought our puppy here a year ago and the service and advice when we were shopping around for a dog was really helpful. They have a group of young staff members who know their stuff and the we regularly go back to buy dog food. They have all the premium brands and prices are pretty good.
I've been shopping at PetStock for the past 12-18 months. It has a huge range compared to most pet shops and is reasonably priced. They even have a frequent buyer program for dog food where every 10th bag is free. The staff are really friendly and they let you bring your pets in with you.
Have been shopping there for many years and in the past 2 years with new owners it is FANTASTIC. In the past the store was terrible, over priced and no stock. Since Becoming PETSTOCK the store has become, very clean, has a huge range and great staff. I get great advice and service and my kids love going to see all the animals. VERY highly recommended.
I found this shop when looking for a source for dog food near my home and am so glad I did. This shop is always clean and odour free. They are polite and pleasant to deal with and always very helpful. John and Shea are real animal lovers and it shows. Excellent selection and quality products. It's also nice to just visit the cute puppies.
