This is the first time I've had one of my fur babies cremated he was a big part of our family so I didn't know what to expect each phone call was handled with care and they went out of their way to get my cremated fur baby back to me thank you so much for your care.

Very happy with the service and caring of Pets Rip.The picked up my beautiful girl from Laidley Vetinary clinic and treated myself and Sam with such dignity They returned her to my home in a lovely urn and memory pack including paw print. Most reasonable priced and offer payment plans for those who need it.

Our sweet Hope was given to these wonderful group of people.
It was and still is such a painful time to say goidbye to our sweet dog Hope.
We recieved her bodily remains in a beautiful oak box, a wondergul card and tuft of her locks.
We know she is still with us in spirit.
We are so grateful to Pets RIP for there compassion and care .

not sure why there are all these positive reviews that are just out to make money just doing their job nothing extraordinary and whose to say its your pet that you have . overpriced and taking advantage of peoples grief my friend a tiny cat yet the ashes were a lot of ash for such a small cat

We are so happy with the urn and pack provided by Pets RIP. It is a beautiful way to remember our dear Lexi. The team were so professional, sensitive and caring to me during such an awful time and it really just made the whole process a lot easier for me.

Provided a caring and sensitive service on the horrible death of our beloved dog. If the horrible situation ever arose again, I would definitely use their services.

Couldn't find more professional, friendly and understanding staff.

Can not recommend these guys enough, the entire staff are amazing, and go above and beyond for their customers as well as their departed loved one. The letter of sympathy that gets sent out to the families is that simple extra touch that warms your heart at such a sad time.
