Awful customer service ! Spoke to me and my toddler in a discusting manner. Told me to remove "that" (referring to my child ) out of her way. He was not in her way and the proceeded to follow us out the store and continue to yell at us after we left. Was absolutely no reason for the way she spoke to us ! My Facebook comment was deleted off the page and we have not received a apology ! I will never be going back and will never recommend their store.

You fail to mention your foul mouth which caused the owner to reply in the first place; not to mention the utter disregard for the shop owners safety when she needed room to dismount from the ladder that your child was standing at the bottom of; of which you stood there and watched on without bothering to remove said child. Two sides to every story.

The store was a little smelly when i visited however the staff were helpful and it was obvious that they were very busy. Perhaps more staff during busy times to be able to care for the animals so the place doesnt stink...

We have purchased 2 cats from Pet Paradise within the last 2 years. the first cat (as gorgeous as she is) came with fleas, even though there was a guarantee about not having any of these. The second one we bought earlier this year, came with cat flu (which stunted her growth) fleas, and a broken tail. We had noticed that she had a watery eye before we purchased her although she assured us this was no big hassle. When we rang the pet shop a week after purchase she gave us a free of charge trip to the vet although needed to go back there at least 2 more times before we could vaccinate her.

I know for a fact that there NO guarantee against fleas, nor has there ever been when it comes to any of the kittens or puppies being sold. They ALL have fleas upon incoming (in to the store), they are ALL flea treated once they are saleable. Some do still have dying fleas when they have been sold, especially if they have been purchased within 2 days of coming in to the store. A watery is IS no big hassle, it is very easily treated, as is cat flu, which many cats get. The shop gave you a FREE Vet consult, you will never find any other store that would do that service for you.

very friendly place and the staff are quite happy to stand and talk pets for ages. They also know their products and have a great range. I am quite pleased to browse this store even when I don't particularly have anything in mind to buy.

The people here were nice, the products and pets they had on display were typical of any pets paradise, the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I got served straight away, wouldn't mind some browsing time before someone came and interrogated me though.

Typical Pets Paradise set up the staff there weren't as friendly as the others i've been to, the products are okay, there isn't really a nice classy feel to the store, it's a bit cluttered and the animals seem a bit unkept. Prices are reasonable and they sell most items you would go to a pet store to buy.

I bought a kitten here which didn't even come with a pet guarantee because, according to them, I got the kitten cheap (like $250! is cheap). The kitten hadn't even been checked out by a Vet! It also had fleas all over it! Then they made me pay an extra $40 for the micro-chip... according to them it's $20 to register it! Note: Council is offering micro-chipping for $10 at the moment. The after sales of all the food (which of course they only stock one brand) and the kitten bits and pieces was also extreme.

Get one for the same price at the rspca. It'll be vet-checked, micro-chipped and vaccinated. And you'll be rescuing a kitten.
