Slow to ship.
Order did not arrive within 3-7 working days, despite paying for shipping.
Got given a lousy excuse as to why they were slow to dispatch.
Material is thin, cheap and poor quality.
I've purchased better quality items from Kmart and Target without the price tag.
Overpriced junk, poor customer service and majority of young ladies working in the stores are lacking in customer service skills and presentation.
I have no interest in supporting the Peter Alexander brand in future.

Really disappointed in them. Purchased over $203 worth of PJ's in November and have still not received them at Christmas. There were presents in there as well as things for myself. To make matters worse, every time I call they keep telling me to wait a couple more days - I have waited a month already. Then today they have told me that if I haven't received the goods in a couple of days they will give me an eGift Card only. I am fuming, I haven't received my goods and you want to give me a gift card. That's just pathetic, I am entitled to my refund!

Hi. Iv been waiting for failed payment to go back into my bank n it hasn’t! It’s no longer on my back as pending. It’s not there at all. I’m not happy with this experience at all. Considering I tried to purchase these while they were on sale then payment didn’t work and you guys took my money then I had to order again n they weren’t on sale anymore! Now the proof of payment is no longer on my bank n I still haven’t received my money back! Not to mention I still haven’t received my order! Not a happy customer!

Extremely disappointed. I bought a pj set for Father’s Day. It costed me $110 . But the shirt is shrunk. I went back and shared my concern with them. They said because I washed it in the hot water or put it’s in a dryer. I swear to god. I did not do any of that. But nothing I could do to prove their product is s.h.i.t quality. I would not post complaints on internet but I really hate the way they said it was my fault .

So now I have to wonder if the presents I ordered and paid for will arrive before Christmas. I would not mind so much if they didn't already have all the information requested. So much for buying Australian made!

i am usually dreading of shopping for pyjamas or on the other hand some lacey revealing nighties, but when i discovered peter alexander my worries stopped...shop assistant helped me to choose nighty that doesn't look like a nighty (it has shiny sequines on it and looks like 80's top) and also helped me to find pyjamas that also don't look like pyjamas but like a top (also with shiny inscription"ghost" on it and pj bottom covered in ghosts)...all this looks fantastic, creative and actually not offensive at all and really suits to anyone who doesn't want to wear ordinary pj's or nighty...and that's me...staff were really great and helpfull...price also extremelly reasonable for this lovely nightwear...

The only reason I visited this store was because I was given a voucher to spend. I was not surprised at the poor quality of the clothes, not to mention the ridiculous pricing to go with it.
The service from the staff, or lack of I should say, was absolutely appalling. after at least 15 minutes of browsing in the store, not one of the girls came over to ask if I required any assistance. I would definitely not recommend to anybody.

Peter Alexander sell the nicest PJ's and sleepwear! It's not cheap, but you are paying for quality and of course the name. I think Peter Alexander started out online but now has stores all over the place which is great. Great for gifts and they sell gift vouchers also. I love my PJ's from here and my 'Home Boots' are on as often as I can get away with - even the occasional trip to the supermarket!!

I just wanted to add to this review that I have recently purchased from PA online. The ordering process was seamless. My purchase was received in good time however the 'day pants' I ordered were not quite the ideal fit (which can be hard to determine when shopping online!). I returned these pants with a covering letter for exchange the very next day and have since received my larger size. This exchange process was quick, easy and free (except the postage to send the goods back) within Australia and I would reccommend Peter Alexander online to anybody.
