I have shopped here since the store opened. After today, when a sale price posted directly on the shelf was not honoured, I won't be back. The sign advertised 20% off cat food in bags from 1.5 to 20kgs; however, staff refused to honour the sign and said that, even though the sign had no restrictions, the discount was only on the "old food". I will be buying from PetBarn in future, as they don't engage in false advertising. If you choose to shop here, be mindful at the register.

Always offer a treat to my puppy.
Some products dearer than Pet barn however they are nice enough to price match.
