Pet Cafe

Pet Café is my go-to local pet supply store and boy am I lucky to have Trevor on stand-by. I have a puppy who's had multiple surgeries and is a world class chewer and Trevor always has the perfect product at the right price. He's incredibly knowledgeable about pet nutrition and health (as are all the staff) and I nearly fell over when I realised just how much money I save - on Blackhawk food products, often up to $50 for the 20kg bags, and on the largest orthopaedic dog beds... nearly $90 cheaper at Pet Café than at a chain competitor in Rothwell! Customer loyalty programs also add extra savings and the variety of toys and pet products is unbeaten anywhere I've found. I'm a huge supporter of local business and Trevor is running this one in the best way possible - I always leave feeling happy, satisfied and like I've gotten a bargain. Thanks for everything, Trevor!

I was looking to reduce my cost of my dog's food but wasn't sure how to do that without reducing the quality of the food.

I went to the Pet Cafe Redcliffe and spoke with Trevor and worked out a more beneficial way to feed my dog.

I was very surprised at the friendly, personalised experience I received as I haven't had that experience at the other pet food stores I have shopped at.

I will now continue to take my business to the Pet Cafe.

The range of Black Hawk dry food is well priced and hi quality.
Quality of service leave other pet supply stores something to aspire to.
The fresh meat products are also of a high standard.
I have been going there for years and not interested in using anyone else.

We visited Pet Cafe after adopting our dog, who is our first pet. Hence, we really didn't know alot, especially about flea treatments. A customer was being served when we got there, so we had a look around while we waited, and the staff member came over to us and asked if we needed help. He was very friendly and patient, explained things simply and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Great first impressions and will definitely be going back.

Great store, with all the products I need. The only problem I have is that I go there and spend around $90 a fortnight on dog/cat food/treats/litter and they never acknowledge me or offer to throw in a little extra bag of treats or something. I can tell you that if someone was spending that kind of money so regularly, I'd be bloody sure that they knew I appreciated their business. But stocking Barf and other good products make up for that issue I suppose.

I think Pet Cafe is one of the best pet shops around. I love that they don't sell live animals, and the team at the Redcliffe store are all very helpful and know their stuff. If they don't have something that you need (want!), they do their best to get it in for you or source an alternative. They have great fresh and frozen food, a really wide variety, and the prices are reasonable. Plus it's always great to be able to support a local business.
