A pretty good shop but every time I have been in there, I haven't been offered any help at all - definitely something they need to improve on.
The shop itself though is pretty good with a big range of items. Some things can be on the expensive side but that's the same with most of these places.
Service...? What service?
Good luck asking the one staff member they have working, whos left to catch fish, carry bags to peoples cars, serve customers and trh to give advice.
Seems this companys penny pinching on wages but cutting staff, training staff (they have no idea whst there talking about) than they are trying to make a dollar by focusing on the customer.
They stock some great stuff, but ive been on 3 occasions for fish and have waited between 30mins to an hour to be served just because theres no staff to serve me.
I wont be going back.
