Met Mike end of 2019 when he introduced his new class... I joined his group training sessions with functional training/high intensity circuit format. (I) and participants were still able to interact with each other and with ample coaching and corrections from Mike especially during fatigue period. Most materials cover multi-muscle groups use which is excellent in burning calories. There are A LOT of options to gradually build strength, mobility and endurance - from reduced range of movement (limited reach) or just “go all out”... Definitely caters for all levels - depending on the level of individual. Mike covers each aspects from demonstration, corrections and intensity adjustment tightly. Well done Mike for developing nicely structured class.

Michael was recommended to me by a trusted source as I was having trouble finding a trainer that I could click with. Dubious at first, it didn't take long for me to feel very comfortable as a result of Michael's patient, mature and personable attitude towards helping me achieve my desired strength and fitness goals. I have been training with Performance Revolution for several months now and I feel confident in Michael's vast fitness, anatomy and strength knowledge, particularly his attention to detail in regards to technique and correcting my form to get maximum benefit. I am now also working with Louise who is equally as focussed in helping me achieve my strength training goals. Michael and Louise are always punctual and keen to move into the sessions which really helps when I'm not feeling so enthusiastic. I also love getting my appointment reminders and list of workouts at the beginning of every week. I highly recommend Performance Revolution and their wonderful staff to help achieve your optimum results in regards to strength, health and fitness training .

Before I came to Michael and the Performance Revolution team, I had on some level given up the hope of getting my ‘dream bod’ back. I’d been out of shape and gaining weight for over 6 years, trying and failing at various programs on my own and feeling pretty defeated about it. So becoming my sister’s bridesmaid in her upcoming wedding was the catalyst I needed to bite the bullet and seek professional help in this area of my life, fast!

Once I took on Michael, before I knew it I was being bombarded almost daily by different members from his little fitness squad. Suddenly my life was immersed in nutrition, education and training - but I loved it! What used to be a chore that I’d dreaded became fun and addictive. I realised what was missing before I’d engaged performance revolution - direction in both the gym and the kitchen.

Dylan is a wealth of knowledge on nutrition with practical suggestions and advice. He genuinely wants for you to understand his recommendations so that your relationship with food changes forever, rather than just going through the motions of crash dieting and shortcuts for fast results.

The collective expertise of these guys plus Omar too, is at such a high standard. They’re completely in sync with each other communicating regularly about me - my goals, training and behaviours - and know the formula that’s going to help me. This is honestly rare to find in an oversaturated market of health and fitness gurus.

I’ve been training with Michael for 4 months now and have lost about 8kg, plus i’m gaining tone. What’s even more valuable than this though is that I actually feel empowered and confident within myself to keep the weight off as the team have taught me well.
So now I’m just grateful that I had the foresight to not ignore the “free PT” msg I received from Michael at the beginning of this journey. I know I wouldn’t be on the way to achieving this lifelong goal today without the guidance of he and the PR team!

I am a 59 year old usually healthy outdoorsy woman.
I have been with Performance Revolution since early 2017. I'd had some surgeries and had become quite weak and gained some weight. My daughter and then future son in law had been members for 2 years and recommended Michael and the team to me.

Michael was aware of my limitations and my fear of injury.
I wanted to get strong and fit and be able to feel and look good in my ''mother of the bride'' outfit and dance at the wedding.

Michael works out a program that best suits me. The exercises are explained clearly and he makes sure my technique is correct before I progress to the next level.
I amaze myself at what I'm capable of now. 2 years ago I could hardly stand up straight, now I can lift dead lifts and press ups and assisted chin ups, also abdominal exercises are incredible.

The nutrition component is very helpful too. I've lost about 12kg and dropped 2 dress sizes. Very happy side effect of the process.

I am back running 5k and playing tennis and doing all the things I love to do.
Michael is very friendly and has expert knowledge in all areas of fitness and rehabilitation and nutrition. Always positive and helpful and promotes confidence in my ability.

If you're unsure just do it! Book an appointment! The benefits are boundless!

I have been training with Michael and the Performance Revolution team for 6 months now and love it! I have noticed significant improvement in my fitness and especially my strength - I have always had weak shoulders and could only ever watch people do chin ups - now I can do three sets of 8!
Michael’s program is it's consistently challenging but never boring or the same. He is always positive and thinking about what helps remedially aswell. The team communicates regularly, suggesting exercise and nutrition interventions whilst providing information and tips on improved performance.

I am 60 years old and sail competitively every weekend in a 2 up MG skiff. There is no way I could achieve that without regular strengthening & conditioning and core exercises. I highly recommend the team’s holistic approach to maximise performance and health.

Performance Revolution is just what I needed. Michael and his team are highly professional, prompt and courteous, as well as technically proficient. The training sessions with Michael are extremely technical and focused and results driven. They constantly provide more than I expected in the way of added information, timely follow ups by their nutritionist, exercise planner and admin. Nothing is left for me to follow up. I would highly recommend Performance Revolution.

I have been personal training with Performance Revolution for about 3 years. Michael develops strength & conditioning training with lean body composition being the goal. Michael is very knowledgeable about all aspects of training including nutrition. Michael & the performance revolution team are results driven.
