Peppercorn

Very expensive for a very small plate of nothing! This is a French restaurant but doesn't look French or even sound French. Service was OK but nothing special. I asked for tap water and got nothing. The risotto was very ordinary and I only had half of it. I'm sorry to be so negative as this place has potential and it was nearly full and for a Tuesday night that is pretty good. Despite all these negative things I had an enjoyable evening in good company and they enjoyed the food.
