We had a non-functioning dishwasher at our place in Mt Martha. After other big companies could not fit us in for 2 weeks, we found Trevor from Peninsular Washing Machine, Dryer and Dishwasher Service. He was available and reliable, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem promptly. He needed a second visit after getting the necessary parts, which fixed the initial problem, but uncovered a second issue which he also fixed later. Despite the three visits, he only charged us his standard fee for the entire job, and was not happy until everything was sorted. Please note that he does requires payment upfront and also asks for contact and technical details at the first phone call, which turned out to be very sensible, making good use of his time.
He was prompt- giving us notice of when he was coming, and turned up when he said he would. He was clearly knowledgeable about a range of dishwasher brands. Trevor was cheerful and pleasant to talk with, and we would have no problem calling him if we run into appliance problems in future.

Prompt, courteous and reliable response to my request for help with my broken washing machine. Always had a sensible and achievable plan of action. Trevor always did what he committed to and was very quick to give me updates when the plan of action required it. From reporting a broken washing machine to having it replaced and installed in a very short time frame was a seamless and stress free process. Trevor knows his stuff, great work ethics, care and goes that extra mile to help you out of trouble. Got the part needed for our dishwasher and came on a cold wet late Saturday afternoon to get the machine going at no extra cost after the initial call out fee ( which was very reasonable) if you want great service, a gentleman and someone very determined to get to the bottom of whatever’s going on with your home appliances without ripping you off ,

Trevor was very well organised with a template for my details and the problem. It was a blockage on the dishwasher and outlet hose. He not only cleared it but went above normal service by opening the plumbing outlet which was narrowed in manufacture. This will help prevent further blockages and theoretically reduce the need for a further service call and cost. That alone is the hallmark of a true, caring professional. Well done Trevor your attitude is great and will absolutely only call you in the future for all of our appliance repairs. Hopefully not for a long time though! Trevor is good fixing our appliances very quick and explains what’s wrong and how he can fix them when they breakdown usually at weekends or holidays I would recommend him for all repairs always comes quickly and on time and very happy nature which helps when you are in distress

Trevor was very knowledgeable. He provided a great service and advice. Trevor took his him to explain the mechanics around both my appliances, Bosch washing machine and Bosch Heat pump dryer. I was able to contact Bosch directly with his guidance and advice to repair my dryer that had an issue which was covered under manufacturer’s warranty. I would not have known this without his knowledge and advice. Fantastic service and aftercare. I would highly recommend Trevor for all your washing machine, dryer repairs. Thank you so much. Washing machine broke down just before Christmas. Called Trevor at Peninsula washing machine dryer and dishwasher service and he promptly came & ascertained the fault was terminal & suggested numerous & rational options to replace, particularly with respect to warranty & brand. Was most helpful and easy to deal with. Would definitely call him again should I have any more problems
