I cancelled an appointment weeks ago and had a rude and abrupt call this morning asking where I was for my appointment. I explained that I had cancelled my appointment. The staff implied I was lying and got extremely aggressive over the phone - and I ended up hanging up on them. They said that they are the management. I am glad I cancelled as a person like this should never groom my beautiful pet. This business would have had a client for life as I only changed groomers as I moved. I am extremely disappointed.
