Worst customer service ever.
Dropped off a men's suit on Thursday. Was told to come back Mon afternoon. I went today (Tuesday) only to be told you will have to come back tomorrow afternoon (Wed). No apology or explanation. Do not recommend this business at all.
My partner had put in his military uniform to be dry cleaned and everything was fine but when we went in to pick it up the staff member was very grumpy and kept mumbling under her breath. It was quite a bad experience. Maybe she had a bad day but there is no need to take it out on an innocent customer.
