Purchased two Dell monitors which were stated as in stock and sent a receipt to them the same day for payment of the monitors. Emailed seller but no response. Rang seller following week, and he stated goods had been sent via courier and I would receive them. A week later, no goods and no update from seller. Another email sent today, and yet to receive a response. Very disappointed overall. Poor customer service. Would avoid like the plague.

I would give these guys a negative rating if I could. I ordered Norton Anti Virus, rang them a week later, and was told it would be dispatched at the end of the week. Following week no dispatch email. following week I got an email that this product would not be available for another month. This is after I told the guy that my Antivirus was running out. Unfortunately is not suited to running an online business, no concept of having supply chain sorted before advertising products.

I carried out a business purchase from these guys - I live in Melbourne they are in QLD. The prices are really cheap, the quality of products was great, and postage was super cheap. Great customer service!
