We had Craig do a Disputed Works report for a kitchen renovation that we weren't happy with. Craig was on time, courteous and professional, and gave a detailed report on the faults that we wanted rectified. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone who requires any type of building report.

The report received was the most professional and detailed I have ever had done. I would not hesitate to recommend PCM Concepts and will use them again when required.

'I cannot say enough good things about PCM Concepts. Craig completed an incredibly thorough inspection, had the report to us THE SAME DAY (complete with loads of photos, recommendations and instructions to complete repairs of even the most minor of issues) and provided a professional, personal service from start to finish. Oh, and did I mention the price was a third less than the competitors' quotes?
