I've purchased a few things from PCYou but have never liked the price. Their customer service though has been pretty good and especially this one time when one of the customer reps ducked out of the shop and run to the warehouse and back for me for an item I desperately needed. It was a 40c day too.
What bugs me about the store is how much they want for some items. For example, I was in there today and they wanted over 400 bucks for a Gigabyte 4850 graphics card when PLE sells the same card and model for just over 150 bucks.
Over the past 6 months, I've noticed very few people buying stuff in the store, just makes me wonder how they stay in business. Its sad as they have a very nice and large store, they just arn't prepared to give you value for money on much of their stock, quite the opposite in fact.
Rather Overpriced. You don't trust your getting a good deal. Not the worst, but if you compare to places like 'PLE' your not getting the value of what you are paying for. Fairly good range. Un-approachable staff. There is room for improvement. When your spending that much money you font want to be ripped off.
