We were having printer problems and Andy was recommended by a local computer shop, appointment was made for 3:30 the following day, he rang 15 mins before he was due and advised he was running a little behind, he ended up being only 10 minutes after scheduled time. After he arrived he got straight into the problem and had it fixed very promptly, and only charged $65. Very professional and affordable would highly recommend.

Dear Andy, I would like to say how much I appreciate you coming to our home. It saves all the trouble of unplugging the computer & taking it into town & trying to find a parking place. You were very prompt & managed to save my hard drive with a lot of our deceased sons photos & notes on it.

Being concerned about possible virus and excessive data usage, I contacted PC Systems. Andy managed to book me in the same day. The job prior to mine was running over so, well before he was due here, he phone to let me know he was running a bit late... most wouldn't have even bothered to let you know. I found that very considerate and respectful of my time.
Once he arrived, Andy got straight down to establishing if there was an issue, fixed a couple of other problems e.g. connecting up my modem and all the while was very polite and friendly. I would most certainly recommend PC Systems to anyone in the area.
