Absolutely poor. Rang as dog unwell with ear issue. Got told it would be $350 for vet to come out on Saturday. They asked then, what time would I like vet to come out. I said as soon as possible. They then said, that will be another $89. I said well, no. Just today will be fine. I then get a text to say they’ve got no vets available today and it will be tomorrow at 8am. I then said, well. If I pay the $89, will I get a vet within 2hours? They then said they would try but no guarantees. Luckily a great vet fitted us in.

My dog’s eardrum has ruptured. Shame on you. Seems like you only want money and dont deliver what you advertise.
