I cannot recommend Paul enough. He was thorough with his quote and there were no surprises. Even though some things had to change along the way he communicated with me extremely well and gave me options that were in my budget that the engineer was happy with.

Paul was very punctual and was always willing to go the extra mile. He’s a very hard worker and even though the weather really wasn’t on our side - he made it work wherever possible. Always had great solutions and had out of the box thinking to truely make this a one of a kind space.

Non compliant building products and structural defects. We engaged PNJ Builders to build a deck. During the 18 months it took PNJ Builders to build the deck they cut all 8 steel posts short (required rectification and engineering to meet code), damaged and incorrectly installed all beams (required replacing, rectification and engineering to meet code), didn’t install joists bracing (required rectification to meet code), ordered the wrong size stair stringers that didn’t mean code (required rectification to meet code), installed non-compliant balustrade (required rectification to meet code) and didn’t install 3 or the 7 support posts per approved plans (required engineering to meet code).
