I asked for an online quote on 15 Dec 2013, then signed the contract with The Patio Guys on 16 Dec, and advised them that I have already taken up with someone else. On 21 Dec, I cancelled the contract with The Patio Guys, as they totally rejected to respond to my calls. I am still in dispute with them for return of my deposit money ($540). Then, on 7 Jan I asked Patio Plus WA for a visit to measure and written quote. They promised to send a quote by 13 Jan. Since then, I have contacted them a number of times, over the phone and email, when they finally responded on 22 Jan: "Sorry to inform you, but we are just too busy at the moment to quote this job." I understand that they may be too busy now, but I need a patio and decking only in Oct 2014, so not quite sure why the rejection?
