Patio World Cairns - give them a wide berth as their "Operations Manager" would not fix a leak that they created in an existing gutter. Prior to completion, we could not fault them, everything went smoothly, communications, invoicing, tradesman, all first class. But when the operations manager flatly refused to even attend site to look at the problem ( a $100 fix) and then attempted to have QBCC involved in a dispute created by himself (a complete waste of time as QBCC had no jurisdiction and he knew that, just being an idiot). So..... they can wait for their completion payment, or Mr "Operations Manager" could get off his high horse and just fix the problem
