Bought a helium bouquet of a large central balloon and 6 smaller balloons yesterday afternoon. by this morning only the large central balloon is still floating. Not the first time it has happened from this shop and its not really good enough. will be looking elswhere next time.

Found this party store online and viewed their website, I had a query regarding a product and the guy I spoke to either had a hearing problem or he was multitasking. Sounded as though my business was not important

They boast to have it all, but I was disappointed. The free goodies for the children were good, popcorn and balloons, but the range was average.
The staff were friendly but needed more customer service training as hey was not a proper greeting. Tried this again and called them twice but no one would answer the phone, no matter how business a business is, ANSWER YOUR PHONES
