Bustling city cafe with creative and delicious menu -- puts a creative spin on breakfast classics. Excellent coffee too, and service was speedy despite the cafe being full!

Pablo and Rustys is a pretty good cafe in the area, the coffee and food is nice. The baked goods are great too, only problem is that is gets so busy.
Great coffee and good poached eggs! I can only vouch for those as that is the only thing i've eaten.
They have indoor which is more communal based and outdoor seating more for groups of 2 or more. It sometimes feels crowded inside even when there are only a handful of people there.
Their menu is on the blackboard on the wall behind the coffee machine, sometimes you have to walk in and stand in front of it in order to understand the writing.
Overall, its ok.
I went for lunch two coffees and two burgers. We asked for hot coffee it was Luke warm baby bottles are hotter. The burger sounded great by the menu but mackers is much and the salad on it was appalling it cost $28.00 for two burgers (no chips, no extras and mince meat tasted like cardboard and was not cooked properly i am guessing because they were closing the kitchen shortly and did not want to serve me but they could have just said sorry because now I am reviewing them. Not impressed.
Food is a massive massive rip off. Yeah it's good ingredients, but the price and portion size is one third of what other cafes are serving 10m away! I appreciate it's Lane Cove, but no where to sit - tiny inside area and tiny outdoor tables. Not my thing.
So why the 2 stars? The coffee is very good, still over priced like the food, but well worth it take away wise. Yes they know their coffee, they also know how to swindle the customer!
its a great cafe with great service. i sometimes go there after school with my mum as she grabs a coffee and i get hot chocolate. they taste soo good and the people there are also very nice and serve you very quickly!
Love this place and the coffee is great. The only bad thing about Pablos is that it's now so popular I can rarely get a seat anymore! Best coffee in Lane Cove.
OMG! when you go there there is no other great cafes like the pablo&rustys. their coffees great service is wonderful and the price is affordable. One thing i love the most about this wonderful cafe is that the basristas and the employees are good looking. their coffee and hot chocs tastes great.
