Quite a big pet store with a huge range of products especially aquarium products. Always pleasant staff. Keep turtle food in stock which is my main reason for going usually.
They cater for lots of different pets. Always have crickets in stock to feed my hungry lizards. The pets for sales appear healthy and well treated. When they don't have something in stock they are happy to get it for you.
They are a good pet store with a HUGE range of goods and sometimes a strange mix of animals for sale.
Theres a few knowledgible people there but theres also a few who will say anything to get a sale.

Purchasing cat products but the one product that I really wanted was out of stock, the staff member took my details and advised I would be contacted once in stock, unfortunately the product could not be supplied. This has now happened again. Service was friendly, the store could be a little cleaner
Did not appreciate receiving an email from the store requesting that I contact them in future. My rating stands (lucky it was not lowered).
