Otto is one of Sydney's most famous restaurants not least of all because of its celebrity clientele or its blue chip location on Woolloomooloo Wharf, so it would be easy enough to survive on reputation alone. Pleasingly then, the food continues to excel and delight. My favourite is the black and white tagliolini!
