have been to this place a few times over the years. they make an awesome barramundi dish. food is great. price i guess is average for a restuarant. nice atmosphere. desserts are yummy too.

I have been to this restaurant once before & really enjoyed the meal i had there. I must admit the prices are expensive, but the food & drinks are worth it. Its pretty cool that the restaurant is right next door to the cinemas too.. so its a good place to go for a meal out, followed by a movie :)

Great atmosphere and ambiance at Oscars. My favourite Dish is definately the Scallopini Marsala, always a winner. They have a great wine list to accompany any of the delicious meals that they offer. They serve Yummy Deserts too, especially the Tiramisu. Definately will be back soon!

We pre-booked a table for 16 people for breakfast. 9am and only one waitress to open the place so despite knowing they had a big first order, no early staff for preparation.
Our order was taken at 9.30 and food did not arrive until 10.50am. Seriously an hour and twenty minutes from ordering to food on the table, it was only poached eggs too!! We had been in the restaurant for two hours and no food served. Appallingly slow.
Food decidedly below average. I have been to Oscars a sum total of four times in as many years and each time I say I will never go again. Each time I give them another chance I am reminded why I say that I will not go to them again.
The restaurant is also drafty and cold due to building work, this has not been addressed by the staff to make customers comfortable. I had to go to my car and fetch my coat!
Thank goodness that Currambine is being developed and that new restaurants are coming in to give them a run for their money! They really need to step up their game. Frankly very disappointing.
One saving grace - our waitress was delightful.

Pretty god damn awesome, been going here for the past 6 years never had an issue with the place. Service is always friendly and fast, a nice view of the cinema.

Great restaurant with really good food. You get nice big servings and the staff are very friendly. Its always busy and you struggle to even get a table for coffee and cake before a night time movie. I always go here for dinner as they have a large menu to suit all tastes.

Great food and reasonable prices. Has the feeling of pub food as most meals come with chips or pasta and nice big serves. Staff are friendly & the two guys who appear to run the floor are very good & always make sure your happy with your meal & service

Very conveniently located if you want to catch a movie and it's open all day so if you fancy a bite at 3.30pm - no problem! The menu offers a good variety and there's a kid's menu too. It's not the poshest restaurant but the service is above average and it's certainly good value.

Great food, Good service, its always busy so dont take a chance book a table! Can be noisy its better if you sit in the outer area as that is a bit quieter. Good place to go before a movie as its just next door to the Grand Cinema.

We eat here all the time. The food is really good and very large serves. The prices are reasonable and the staff doesn't seem to have a huge turnover so the service is good. The only thing is it is sometimes noisy with the tiled floor. Would recommend to anyone for breakie, lunch or dinner.

the location next to the movies is great, the servings are huge and I think the quality of the food is fantastic, I personally like the seafood although it is pricey. The service and pricing could improved . I went for my birthday with a group of 10 people and the booking had been overlooked when we arrived even though we double checked ,it but otherwise a nice little place

Very busy Friday night but fast service. The pasta dish i ordered was a big serve and I couldn't eat it all. Could have had it in a doggy bag but was going to the movies. It felt like a waste of food.

A few of my friends rave about this place but I wasn't overly impressed. Food was average, service was ok. Good if you like a noisy, family atmosphere - the place is often busy. Best for a coffee before or after a movie.

Nice food, nothing special. Cant say the location is particularly good, nor the decor. Could do with a renovation and a new menu. Offers standard food such as lasagna and fish and chips etc, not exactly a fancy night out even though they are quite expensive.
