Absolutely nightmare!! It took more than 9 months to complete roof restoration. Full of excuses. Do not pay the money until the job finish. Otherwise the job will never be finished. Also be aware of paying any invoice from [Redacted personal identifier]. Tripple check what you pay is what you get. I deal with a lot tradies but this one make me speechless. At last I can not complain more because there are so many people have same experience as me.
Hope more people could speak up and share their experience.

Extremely poor quality of work as the issue wasn't resolved. paid extra for tax invoice which was never send. Not answering calls after the install and ignoring. Extremely un professional. Don't get traped by their smooth talking before getting the job. Extremely unreliable. DONT DONT DONT use them [Redacted due to inflammatory comment]
UPDATE: They called me and told me that they will come pass and fix the issue. They could'nt reply because they had issue with their phones. All good. Now waiting for the job to be fixed. Thanks Orpen Roofing.

We apologise for an inconvenience you have had with us, I know we came back on multiple occasion to resolve the situation, the effort/time/lost of money we had put in for you was not appreciated by you what so ever, then say we're responsible for the water damage you Had in countered which was caused by the worst weather periods we had. Let alone, it being over 1 month being there.
Sorry it hasn't worked out for me, as im happy you got your whole house done for free.
