I don't know any other shop in Australia where you are greeted by a cheery 'Hello' the minute you walk in the door. But if there is a crowd , as is most often the case, you will have to wait a while to be served. If you want some of their amazing smoked hams for Christmas, you'll need to order it a couple of weeks in advance. Expensive, maybe, but certainly worth it.
