I do not recommend this salon. I have been here three times. The first time was for a cut with Dea who is amazing. I loved chatting with her and she did a great job. When I tried to rebook with her the salon told me I couldn't. I loved her and I asked for her contact info to see if she worked anywhere else and they wouldn't give it out. She only worked there on special occasions and had I known that from the start I never would have gone to her. The second and third time was for a toner and cut and it turned out to be awful experience. In total I have spent about $1000 over the three visits. After the third visit, which left my ashy blond hair gold (read - not a good look!) I called the salon to see if I could come back to fix it. They booked me an appointment one week later and in the meantime I couldn't stand my color and I went somewhere else. The other place I went, [redacted - mentions alternative business by name] in Walkerville is awesome (go to [redacted]). I asked Orbe if I could just have a credit for something else or come back later for a cut instead since someone else already redid my color - they flatly said no absolutely not. I don't think they really care about customer service or retention of customers. I would have continued to go back for brow care (which was good their) but I really don't appreciate how plane rude they were. Also, warning DO NOT buy shampoo here. I bought some that absolutely dried out my hair and made it feel terrible and they wouldn't let me exchange it for anything else. Horrible experience over all. So sad. Such a waste.
