My laptop suddenly stopped working when I had important work to finish, so I needed it repaired as quickly as possible. I explained the situation to the owner, and they were incredibly understanding and made every effort to help me straight away. They diagnosed the problem quickly, kept me updated throughout the repair, and had my laptop back to me much sooner than I expected. I really appreciated the honest advice and excellent customer service. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about helping their customers. Highly recommend!

Do not use this man. His warranty means nothing.
He charged me $420 to replace my screen, and less than 24 hours later it was still not working. He then wanted to charge me another $200 to fix the same issue that should have been repaired in the first place.
When I questioned him about it, he yelled at me and called me a liar.
I have now taken this matter to Fair Trading.
Beware — I would not recommend using this service.

Repair was done fast with good price, staff was very responsive and called back when he was he was going to, i was able to pickup before the estimated delivery time.
Not a lot of good deals, however good location in the busy corner of Hurstville. Staff are not very great at speaking English so there is a little communication barrier. It should be fine if the terms are simple.
Although this business advertises mostly about it's "repair" services, I haven't actually tried it as I do most repairs myself. Pricing was decent for the quality of the products that were on offer but service was lacking slightly due to there only being 2 staff members at the time.
