I have my Home Phone, Internet, Fetch with Optus but I am not very happy with them because the outage that occurred on Wednesday 8th November 2023 lost me heaps of business and money. I would recommend moving to Telstra because they have a battery backup in their modems in case of outages.

The staff at Optus World in Werribee are always extremely helpful and have plenty of staff so that you wait is not too long. They provide great advice on what phone and plan would suit you, they also can help internet and home phones too.
