Lovely people, always kind and happy to help, very patient and will always do their best to fix a problem you have and helping with phone plans etc
I have been a optus customer for years, there telephone service is always brilliant, but walk into their store and the girls are just so rude and certainly not user friendly. They look at you like your stupid when your trying to find information out and give you the run around when you try and place an order.
The staff at this store are always so helpful. I have had my mobile with Optus for years now and whenever I have questions or any problems with them or my mobile plan I go into the Optus shop and they always fix the problem.
