Went in store on a busy weekend but was pleasantly suprised by the fast service i received.i signed up with a new plan and the sales assistant was informative and efficient.
was here for the release of the iphone 4, actually got it on the day of release, great service. i saw alot of ppl preorder at other stores and not get it on time so yay for this optus store
The staff here are okay. Not as good as alot of the other stores i have been to though. Their products are decent, same as the other optus stores.
I have had to visit this store twice and the staff here are just terrible. They're flat out busy and just rude. It's worth trying to do your business with Optus online or over the phone or take a trip to Toowong. There's an Optus store there and the people are very helpful.
