My partner and I recently built a house and decided to get a second quote on our air-conditioning as our builders price seemed too much. Heath gave us a very prompt quote that came in under the builders price. Heath worked perfectly with the builder and the finished product is first class. We would highly recommend Heath for any work you are considering.
I called on 23rd December for an air conditioner repairing work. Heath said he was booked out for the next two days (before Christmas, too busy). But he asked for my name and phone number just in case if he could be available on 24th. Then he called in 24th Dec morning, telling me he can squeeze my work into his schedule today. Then Heath turned up in 20 minutes and fixed the problem within 1 hour. It is really appreciate Heath can come before Christmas day and helped me in this hot and wet season. He is worth trusting and reliable.
Optimum Cooling has come twice to check our air con units that weren't working correctly. The service is prompt and very reasonably priced. Very friendly and polite.
I would not hesitate to recommend Optimum Cooling to anyone for work to their air conditioning units in their home or business.
