Blame the cleaner not the company
What did I like - not much!
On two previous occasions I was delighted but not this time.
Their Customer Experience Supervisor has been most helpful, professional and apologetic. They have refunded 50% of the payment and promised that it will never happen again.
I am glad I spoke out because they would not have been aware of the poor standard reached by that particular cleaner. hopefully she has undergone some servious retraining.

I recently used Optima Cleaners for my bond cleaning, and I couldn t be happier with the result. The team was professional, detailed, and made sure the property was spotless from top to bottom. Thanks to their amazing work, I got my full bond back without any issues. Highly recommend them if you re moving out and want a stress-free experience!
Got my oven and BBQ professionally cleaned and I couldn t be happier. They were full of built-up grease, and now they look fresh and sparkling again. Such a great job highly satisfied with the outcome!

Optima Cleaners did an amazing job cleaning my oven and BBQ after the holidays and New Year. Both were in really bad shape from all the cooking, and they made them look almost brand new again!
