Recntly went in, and got my glasses adjusted as I was getting headaches. The staff member melted the arm of my glasses and tried to give them back like this. Unexceptable.
Management told me the staff wouldnt do that there, as they are experienced. Not the first stuff up at this store.

The staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. Huge range of glasses and sunglasses to choose from. Also I got a discount cause I was a NRMA member.
