After having an eye test recently,was advised I needed slightly stronger lenses.Was advised by the staff member organising the new lenses,that as I only had the one pair of glasses,I was to keep the glasses so I would not be without glasses while the new lenses were being made,and when the new lenses were ready for collection in the store,I would be asked to come in so they could be put in my frames.I was initially told the lenses would take a week to make...this subsequently changed to 4 weeks.!!..and I would now need to send the glasses off for lenses to be fitted.....leaving me with no glasses for this period. I consider this to be very poor service on the part of OPSM Castle Hill I have been a customer at this store for a number of years....after this poor level of service...won't be going back.Furthermore,the manager was supposed to call me to discuss my concerns.....did'nt bother....the fact they did'nt,speaks volumes!!!

Generally acceptable prices and a wide variety of glasses. Always welcoming and helpful, and the store is very modern and sophisticated.
Not so happy with the prices but the optometrist was great and shop assistants were very friendly and helpful.
Very nice, helpful & friendly staff! Their prices are not so cheap but the service they provide is number one! They got really good warranty policy. If your glasses break & its not under the manufacturers warranty opsm will give you the same pair of sunglasses/frame for 75% off as a breakage protection warranty. My husband broke his Ted Baker frame after 2 months of purchase & he got a brand new frame for only $75!
Ted baker is a cheap specsavers brand.
