I am VERY disappointed with this business, they charged me extra for something that was NOT discussed, not wanted and not required. When I approached them about it, they argued with me and told me my Health Fund would refund it and they would not refund it to me????????? VERY BAD.
When I needed to have a review of my sight and get some new prescription glasses this business was very helpful and conducted a thorough and comprehensive analysis of my eyesight. The staff member who tested my eyes seemed very knowledgeable and sent me to another branch in Browns Plains to have a more extensive test to see if I had any damage to my eyes due to my diabetes. My glasses were prepared very promptly and I have been very pleased with them. I need to have my sight reviewed again and I will return to the Beenleigh OPSM because of the excellent care they showed the last time.
