Have ordered from them a few times and wasn't happy with my most recent buy, but am most disappointed with the customer service. When I reached out to voice concerns over my plants the replies I received were very dismissive and it was made clear that the retention of me as a customer was their least priority, I guess as they have such a high customer base.
It was really sad for me to feel so disposable just for trying to resolve an issue I had, especially from a company I had been pleased with in the past and wanted to keep shopping with.
