You think you are getting a good deal with them but you soon start to realize that you made a mistake when they start sending back templates saying that they are "custom designed" and when you say you do not like the designs they tell you have to choose one of the templates and stick with it.

I have also contacted my bank now to cancel my card and to do a charge back on all of the monthly payments you have scammed me from.

I am glad I paid via PayPal so that they cannot take anymore money from me, hopefully you are able to get your money back.
Please stay away from online-now.com.au or think or read carefully their policy on their contract before you sign up with them.
Our company did not have experience with web and stuff so they kept charging $250 each month( for 2 years) but never help or reply when we need help. And when i can reach them, they never give a specific answer or instruction, they try to talk fast so you cant catch up with what they said. I requested them to send me tutorial instruction, they throw me a bad one they just quickly recorded.
They charged extra if you want to change any thing on your site even the job not done yet, but they still charged you.
They charged us $800 to do the e-commercial web for us but none of the function working properly!
The worst thing is when you want to cancel the service, they kept ringing to beg you to stay with them and promise ( again) they will fix the problem.
They try to drag it long time so they can still direct deposit from you bank account, great con artists they are.

Very poor customer support once you have paid them, they were happy to take my money at the start but afterwards when I asked for help learning how to use my website they just ignore my requests.
