Awful! Terrible! nightmarish! DO NOT USE. Using this company to do my settlement is the worst thing I could have done. They NEVER returned my phone calls, NEVER kept me updated with my settlement NEVER told me the truth when I called and NEVER seemed to do anything at all when I told them how dissatisfied I was. The only thing this company could do was make up good excuses.
They always told me (what I found out later) were completes lies about everything like when my documents were coming and made me cry on two occasions because the whole process was so stressful. I repeat DO NOT USE!!!!! Going anywhere else (no matter where it is) will be better than this.
