Write a reviewThey were very busy, it was understandable, it was a Saturday night. But honestly, was very disappointed they forgot my hot chocolate - TWICE! even after I reminded them. It was not a good experience as my friends had nearly finished their food before I even got mine. They weren't overly friendly. No loyalty card offered and no apology when they realised they stuffed up. They even brought the wrong item to our table too a piece of mud cake. I won't be back. Very disappointing Oliver Brown...might try your competition next time I'm in the mood for coffee or chocolate. Tsk tsk
