On Tuesday February 10 at the Rothwell store I received excellent customer service from Mel. My experience was greatly appreciated because of her knowledge, friendly advice and patience. She assisted me with scanning of photos and then selecting a suitable frame.
I am trying to nice but the officeworks guy who I asked if he knew about mobile said yes. He then proceeded to read from the information that was supplied with every phone..like I could have done that myself. Go to the checkout out and explain that I just signed up with zip and only have $1000 credit with them and I am willing to pay the rest. Long story short I paid over $400 with my money and tried zip with rest but was rejected. Then ...only then was I informed by the register operator that Officeworks cannot split payment with zip pay. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. The register lady stated it would take 24 hours and over 24 hours later I am still waiting.
What a great store for the whole family! They have everything a kid at school would need, or a businessman or even a home body! Tons of supplies at great bargain prices, and they also have furniture and electrical goods for any type of office or study. I bought two folding chairs here for $16 and they are very sturdy and made of steel instead of plastic. I also bought a USB stick and some stationery. I plan to visit every chance I get! I love a bit of good retail therapy! There are plenty of car parks, and you can even check out their specials online before you visit. I have to say that it's a great place to just browse too! The staff are young, but very pleasant.
