GOOD RANGE PRODUCTS. REASONABLE PRICES.STAFF NEED TO BE MORE FRIENDLY ORIENTATED.NEED TO ANSWER THE PHONE ALOT FASTER. I BROUGHT A PRINTER FEW WEEKS BACK NOT WORKING SO I WENT AN EXCHANGED FOR A DIFFERENT BRAND BUT IT DIDNT COME WITH USB CABLE SO I HAVE A PRINTER THAT I CANT USE STILL.

I liked the brightly lit store which is well laid out. An added bonus is that there is a public toilet in store (great for kids who need to go as soon as you get busy). There is even coffee and tea available in the photo kiosk area, and kids can sit at kids' sized tables to do colouring-in. They now have a lovely 'Philosophy' stationery range.

THE place not only for office equipment - actually, to date, I haven't bought a lot of actual office equipment. I have bough printers, laptops, computers, software, including great value on anti-virus software and lots of odds and ends.
Sadly the staff aren't always falling over themselves to come help you, but they are knowledgeable and friendly enough

I bought a laptop from here a few years ago and they were great about explaining everything to me. I have bought a number of USBs and general office supplies since and everything has always been good. I had to return a few things a while ago and they were fine with that too.
