Staff in these premises are great. Guy in tech area is on the ball and super helpful + some great advise. I always go in late at night - quiet and can get all my things.

I have had many trips to this store and most of the time the service is very good. However, on the last 3 visits I have been less than impressed. In the first visit I wanted to buy a chair and a sales assistant went out the back to get one and after waiting for 20minutes I gave up. The next visit was to pick up plan printing and even though I could see it on the bench was told I needed to line up at the print counter for them to give it too me - I was in line for 30 minutes to be handed the printing and sent to the same counter where I originally asked for it. The last visit I again tried to buy an office chair - the time a stool. I chose one but no one could tell the price and they didn't seem to have any in stock.
There's a huge variety, great prices and the staff are happy to help you with any questions. It would be good if there was more parking but it's in a good location.
