I attempted to have a price match for a Telstra SIM card which was cheaper at Telstra. Officeworks Frankston refused to price match because they claimed that it was a gift card rather than a SIM card. They do not match gift cards, I get that. However, to refuse to price match for an item that clearly was not listed as exempt on their website price match terms and conditions at the time of purchase is engaging in deceptive and misleading advertising.

Friendly staff only to happy to serve. Good range of products especially technology and stationary. Prices are competitive. Good one stop shop for a range of items.
They have a great range of all sorts of office supplies. Some of them are a bit difficult to sort through, and are in unexpected locations, but overall it's a great value for money shop.
