Having found this, and pointed out this drop in usability for customers, I received the rudest effoff type service I have ever had from a young smartas*. There was no offer of reviewing files. He then asked if I had a PC at home, to which he replied "yes but I'm here now". He then said the likes of " well that's how it is - UNDERSTAND". I suggested that he not be rude and that it would not end well. Cocky was an understatement! I then asked to see his Manager and suggested the lad's attitude needed adjustment and that he "was not an asset to the organisation". I did and the last I saw the Manager was on the way over to speak to him. It didn't stop him from wishing me a smartas* "goodbye" as I left.
I have always had helpful service there before but this guy undid all of that. Telling a customer "UNDERSTAND" ? Is he serious? With that attitude he will have some interesting events in his life - which I wish I could be there to see!

I am elderly & trying to get keys for my filing cabinets wasn't easy for me.
I am not very good on my iPad but Susan & Zac got my keys for me .
They were so pleasant & helpful, I cannot thank them enough.
It is not often young people go out of their way to help older people

It is a great shop for Office supplies, equipments and furniture. You can spend time browsing and getting all your office needs. Customer service is excellent - just ask for a salesperson and they are so knowledgeable and helpful.

I have to agree that the staff at Capalaba OfficeWorks are great and go out of their way to be of assistance to customers. Last time I was there I complimented one of the staff on how exceptional their service was compared to other retail stores.

I found that Pads and Pens etc are of a good prices and are more then competitive with other shops. They have really good sales on all the time and they have a very large array of products for sale.
