Some of the price tags on their products are rediculous!!!!!!! Staff never came near us as they were too busy talking to each other....... They really need to train them up on 'CUSTOMER SERVICE'........... it's a workplace not a social gathering!!!
i needed to purchase an all in one fax machine, however, as i do not have a dick drive, i was unsure as to how i could install the program. a friendly staff member explained it easily enough for me to understand and decide to make the purchase

I just went there yesterday for impossible printing work and fax it to New York city right away. They were so helpful, and they did it so easily and no difficulties, The girls there are so patient and helpful. I am very satisfied with their professinalism, and I like they are open late!
