Occhio Eyewear is a great place to shop. I had a bulk billed eye test, with the pleasant staff then taking the time to help me choose 2 pair of good quality glasses that suited me. What lead me to Occhio, was the poor service and lack of eyewear to suit my smaller face when looking for replacement glasses at a couple of the major chain stores I had visited.
Absolutely dissapointing. Unprofessional, rude and dishonesty customer services.
After 6 weeks placed an order (was told takes 3-4 weeks delivered initially) heard nothing, gave them a couple calls and staff told me item not shipped yet.
Staff seems to be lying and said she's been chasing her supplier every week (but she only found out that i still haven't receive my item the day before we spoke, which is more than 6 weeks after since i placed my order).
Staff said she already tried her best and left me two options: refund or just have to wait. When when i suggest maybe they can consider using express shipping to deliver the item, she gets really emotional and said she can't do it because she will be losing money, hang up my phone few times. Ask me to take my money back or just wait. She said she have done her best, there is nothing else she could do and claimed that i'm unreasonable because i asked if there is any alternative options we can do for me to get my order.
At the end she told me to take my money back, leave me no option.

I wish I has seen this review before I went there. No bulk billing here most other optometrists do. It is a pity as they have some nice styles but their prices are over the top.
They no longer bulk bill eye tests and aren't upfront in telling you this when you book in. Plenty of other optometrists do bulk bill and don't add extra profit. Poor experience.

I had only an eye test here last week. I don't wear glasses or contacts as my vision is fine for now, but as far as eye tests go I think they were very thorough. They bulk bill the test also.
I went here for a test 2 years ago also and received the same service then too.

The staff in this shop are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them. They have a fantastic collection of frames to suit all types of customers
