I purchased a Spot 4G GPS Pet Tracker inc. 2-year service plan. This pet tracker does not work. Cannot connect to the network, battery barely lasts for a day, app interface is clunky and inaccurate and Customer Service is next to non-existent. I returned mine after having to wait over a month just for a response only to have my refund request rejected. This product is a scam. If I could give it less than zero stars I would.

Approximate cost: $290

Just take your money and run. They do not answer their emails. Make promises they do not keep. Do your self a favour avoid.
